Celebration of Rabindra Jayanti on 8th May 2020

Rabindra Jayanti was organised by the Departments of Bengali and English on 8th May 2020. Due to the pandemic situation (COVID -19), the programme was held online (through google meet platform). Our respected Principal Madam, Dr. Aparna De delivered the inaugural lecture and set the tone for the programme. Our students from different departments participated enthusiastically, performed a host of events like Solo music, recitation, audio drama etc. and enchanted the audience. The programme was anchored by Soumi Bose and the participants in the different events were:

Online Audio drama : ˜Dakghar by Rabindranath Tagore: Piyali Patra, Anyesha Nandi, Sreyashi Baral, Soumi Bose, Rachita Das, Suparna Das and Sanchari Ghosh
